First of all, I don’t take any supplements, only protein powder which isn’t even necessary if you can suffice for it in your diet, naturally. Seeing as how I live in the Philippines though, the meat products are generally no good so I am protein deficient. There is much debate over how much protein should be in a active person’s diet; some experts say 1.5 grams times your body weight per day, while others say 0.7g * weight. In my experience I’ve found to much won’t hurt you, but it also won’t benefit you if you don’t consume at the proper times. Here is a breakdown of my diet, what time I eat, and when I exercise.
