He Is Arrisen
I haven’t posted in a long fuggin’ while and I don’t apologize for it so get off my back. Here’s a run down of my life over the past however long it’s been.
- Went to Canada was home only a few days and in Vancouver and Seattle the rest (SORRY Aileen – had no time I promise)
- Went to Dave Matthews which was amazing
- Came back Sept 11th stopped over in Japan
- Stopped eating unhealthy, started working out twice a day (gym and running 32 stories 2+ times) – abs showing nicely
- Stopped drinking (mostly). Only drank once since been back.
- Had offers to model all expenses payed to boracay (google it!)
- Hired some writers and finally getting business rolling, launched first site
- Plan on doing a “vote my life” video site where you vote on the persons (possibly me) everyday decisions.
So life is busy, and life is good. Planks for 3.5 minutes isn’t so difficult anymore. Posture is better, and overall strength has improved. I can’t life ‘as much’ weight in certain areas, but what I’ve realized is that controlled perfect form is much more effective. Best results come from mixing it up every workout, core every workout, daily cardio, and proper dieting. So get off your lazy ass and stop eating so much fatty. If you neglect unhealthy foods, and stop eating for taste, you will get acustomed to it and see much better results quickly. Try going without sugar for a month. You’d be suprised how easy it actually is, and you don’t crave it after a while.

Wow I was actually mentioned in one of your posts? I feel so special.
I cant believe you “stopped off” in Japan though, I’m wicked jealous.
Also, my diet and amount of exercise are fine, stop making me question it! Your standards are kinda scary man.
oh yeah, and women are distractions? PIG. Yeah your standards are totally frighting, your like a super human workaholic! You put us all to shame.
hahaha! And that’s ultimately my intent
Although, since this post, I haven’t exactly followed the diet or cardio routine that religiously. oh well
